how to lvl up fast the reiatsu.can you give me some advice

just spend silver to level it up, also on the levels with double the digits of same number use the pills like level 11,22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99 at least that's what i was told.

In other words, on reiatsu levels that are multiples of 11, using reiatsu pills can easily cause a major crit to the next level.
