sure it increases damage rate but ill be dead by the time my next attack goes pvp wise and pve wise i use incinerate like most ppl to boost assaulters attack

It sucks, and same new skill for everyone, I was kind of expecting a cc for main, as main's don't have any skills with them, except stun to vang.

you can get the odd 100 from cultivating and then the 1k from the exchange shop, although you will obviously want the better rewards first.

Yea that's true, the best skill improvement in my team is for Kirinji, but I really wish I got a Hiki now at that Christmas event. Disappointed that Yama's skill was not more pve based, that would have been nice.

Assuming it increases 10 each level, I managed to derive a formula that will determine how many exclusive skill fragments you will need to reach a certain level.

You will need 5n^2 + 25n exclusive skill fragments to upgrade to level n.

I can prove this mathematically. If you don't believe me, here is a brute force example using Excel that might be more convincing.

Now, divide that number by the number of fragments you expect to get per day, and you will have the number of days it will take to get to level n.

So, to reach level 70 you will need 5 * 70^2 + 25 * 70 = 26250 fragments. If you expect to get 20 per day, it should take 26250 / 20 ~= 1313 days. However, that's not all you get from the 10x silver, so that's only the worst case. I am guessing they are getting this 200-days-to-get-to-level-70 business by assuming that you are getting a 100 stack extra at least once per day because 26250 frags / 120 frags per day ~= 219 days.

It gives 24 points per 10x silver in the point bar, so per day, that could be getting 240 points without spending gold. 10000 / 240 ~= 42. Every 42 days, you could get 1000 frags from the point shop.

Getting 1000 frags every 42 days averages to about 23 extra frags per day, so it's like expecting 43 frags per day at minimum. Thus, going that route, the worst case is really 26250 / 43 ~= 610 days to get to level 70. Again, this excludes any bonuses.

Quoting Kosmo, after each growth rate upgrade, it might go up. This is not known for sure.

If you don't do it then you will face getting left behind by people who do it, it's pretty much a must.

Overall it's worth only on end game character. Don't use it on characters that you will change later.

Instead of complicating this with a piecewise-defined function (which would be required to mathematically model this situation lol), I made a spreadsheet in Excel that can tell you the expectancy based on some minimum number of fragments per day and attached it here. [attach]12079[/attach]

Unfortunately, we don't know how it works just yet, so this is all guessing past Level 15.

However, as stated before, the amount of exp required per level may likely increase by a different amount depending on what growth upgrade you have reached.

The first tab in the Excel book proposes that it increases 10 exp more with each growth rate upgrade. The second one proposes that the exp increase doubles with each growth rate upgrade. I'm sure we'd all prefer the former, though...

You can play with it as you like if you know how Excel works.

How much gold spent for that whole lvl 1-25?

I spent very unwisely on the first day sort of on purpose since I was just trying to test everything out so I could get information for people. Took 10k gold to get from 0 to 17 on senju.

HOWEVER since then I have spent 3k gold total to go from 17 to 25 on her. This is thanks to good luck in the special cultivate feature.[attach]12090[/attach]
All of these were items I was willing to get. I happened to get really lucky and 2400 gold total spent on that gave me close to 1500 of the exclusive fragments. Also as a side note you get 25 points towards filling the bar each time you spend 100 gold on special cultivate.

Yea but he is so rng based when he only attacks two players, and 160% growth rate on a aoe skill for a supporter like him is not bad. Plus if you are not one shoting the guy then you can just switch the skills, there is no downside.

For a fact it does not activate at the first level shown. It activates at the higher of the 2 levels you see on there.

"If" it was just a 10 increase per level, it would take 52500 fragments to get to level 100. For the main, and four toons, that would mean it's at least 262500 fragments to get all five to level 100. Imagine getting a toon to level 50, or so, and then GoGames comes out with a new toon that's just OPed that you absolutely need.
