Hey, guys! What is this new soul cultivation thing that everyone's talking about and please tell me how to find it!   And can someone please tell me what that red gem below the hogyoku does in the character information and how to access it?

only on the chosen partner.
an advice: do it only on a partner u'll keep forever! it takes a long time and lots of resources

as i saw the reward the cute orihime more look like the modify partner fragments than as new partner like yama ..so i am not sure that we can get cute orihime from there though.
