Bankai Rukia is in the team, so it should possible to do the mission, Which i have done while mugetsu was doing 100% of the dmg, so neither the main nor hiki did any dmg at all...
Why is it not activated?

Just hiki and main in team and and have main one shot them so hiki doesn't do damage is the easiest  ...
