Hello forum,

So ive decided to go for a t1 tavern kisuke. Altough im lvl 100 now, abit late i still wanna do it. But he is quite slow, and even tho i have removed stones and switched högu with partners he is still like 20k speed away from my assaulters.

I do have senbonzakura so that makes it even harder, but do yall have any tips on how to improve Kisukes speed?

As was said, senbon + t1 through supports is basically a no go. The difference in speed especially after the buff is just ridiculously big. Even with shinso gin who is really fast you could have trouble if you were using some fast assaulters like white ichi, isshin etc.
Your best bet currently is either stack one strong aoe assaulter if you have any (white ichi, res. ulquiora, yamamoto) and make him T1 and then the rest of the assaulters can have t1 through kisuke OR you need to change your zanpakuto. If you rely on your assaulters mainly, then zangetsu would be the ideal choice as it is quite affordable and it gives some nice bonus to basically everyone. If you have strong supports then muramasa instead. Both of them costs +- the same as they are basically identical just one buff supports more and the other assaulters + muramasa has higher reiatsu bonus.
Katen or tensa would be ideal of course as they give nice bonuses to everyone including vanguard but because of that their price is simply somewhere else compared to zangetsu and muramasa.

Ok so i guess my dream of using senbon with kiuske seems quite farfetched. What would be an ideal setup for using senbon, formation-wise and having supports?

As everyone in here is saying and not to parrot them, Senbon will not help you at all to get your Urahara faster then your Assult line due to the lack of speed on support. your options at this point would be to get Muramasa by either waiting for him to show up again in UBP or getting Hyorimaru. I can also recommend Sode no Shirayuki (note your taking a big risk losing out on damage on both Assult and Support lines) or as Mylar stated in his post stack the living hell out of Urahahra to make him faster then most and you should be fine

with Senbon as your zanpacto, using your supports to T1 anyone is a pipe dream, even with Shinso @ full evo, you will be hard pressed to make him faster than any but the most mediocre of assaulters.  Senbon is a very good Zanpacto, but just not for everyone...   Hyorinmaru would be a good choice as he boosts speed on supports, and the things he does to your Vanguard...  Muramasa is also a good choice as he favors supports, but you lose a lot on your vanguard with him.  There is always the top 2 zans ATM,  Tensa/Katen,  but those are stupid expensive...  short of that give your best of everything to him, fortify/spirit infuse your accessories/equipment, work your hogus and stones as hard as you can,  Hokykus, mod souls, soul cultivation, modify, evo...  all ways to increase your speed, no one is more important than the rest...

Senbon will make it much harder for your Kisuke to catch up and surpass your assaulters in speed as it passively gives only assaulters speed.

Also taking away ALL the speed from assaulters is not really a viable option as it will make it much easier for enemies to out-speed you and kill your assaulters before they can attack.
