Ultimate Relampago Set or lvl 100 set

Hi im lvl 100 and i have 3 relampago sets infused lvl20, i want to know if the normal set lvl100 infusedlvl20 is better than my ultimate set and which would be the best replacement for relampago set. thanks

i prefer the Relampago sets...  but 3 of them?  really?  Go for the slot sets, they are good sets and far better than the SI one, and if your putting them on a specific partner, they can be better than the 100 ultimate set too
