depends if you can get your hands on a tier 11/12 hogu

if you know you can't and possibly won't ever will when looking at events now for current times as if it would never change, then go upgrade the tier 10 hogus ^^

I'm even upping t9 since I don't plan on buying anything. All i got so far were from ulti charge, pros of inactive servers lol

don't forget, you max it out, you can upgrade it to next tier
