It is, considering how hard they are to get. 40k gold top up (10 x 4k during a specific event) for that 200.

Yeah I have 27 of them, not really sure when I got them honestly.

Soul Stones are only from topping up or spending gold in certain events. Or just pray to your god for some Soul Stones.

Yah that's just an example, that one is for the most part towards low rate gold event partners ^^

certain tavern partners have different exclusive level differences, nothing too big just a 5 level gap on the gold partners, being 30 for the lower level gold partners and lvl 35 for the higher level tavern partners ^^

It should read:

Reach Lv. 50 to activate or improve exclusive skill
Reach exclusive Lv. 10 to gain extra growth rate
