Im not sure about how to drag maximal efficiency from him and have few questions and appreciate your help.
1.) Should he be fastest or slowest assulter for combo-rate to work properly?

2.) Does reincarnation 300% dmg skill work on him or is it only for normal attack?

3.) Is it worth to stack him or is he intended to work only as a buffer?

2. 300% of normal atk
3. Buffer, he wont give you much damage, you can stack speed If you want

Thanks, so 300% passive work on skills aswell? I always trought it was only for normal attack.

It does work on normal attacks and skills.
