Do you intend to top up in the future?
Get Hikifune, Senju or such? Then bear with it and save the 10k frags.
I don't know what you should do in the other case. . .(I'm a Vip 0 so I don't know)Kyoraku is not worth it, tbh.
He's still slow even after spending the frags on him. The skill is nice, yes.

i dont plan to top up alot more like 15 euro at month for the monthly card and kyoraku's skill is really good and i can make him t1

depends I mean after the tavern partners upgrade will happen kyoraku will wroth it more , his grow rate will be increased if ur not planning to spend money to get Hiki I think kyoraku makes it
