Isshin worth 10k for low vip?

I wish to know if he's worth the gold(i intend to hire him and pay for his days until i get him permanently).
Is he worth the gold for both pvp and pve? (for low vip, as stated above)
better than yama for pvp if both at evo 11?
Worth or Not?
My PvP formation : Mc, Yamamoto(exclusive level 0, Evo 11 and Pure T1), Hollowed Ichigo, Sosuke Aizen and Kirinji.
My ES formation: Mc(with Hollowed Ichigo's gear), Sexy Yoruichi(exclusive level 35, 5 mods done), Uryuu(fully modded,with mc's gear), Kisuke and Cute Orihime.
Ryoka: Mc,Sexy Yoruichi,Hollowed Ichigo,Kisuke and Cute Orihime(other details are same as for ES formation).

i know the feel ;-) i lack silver for modify (gikogan) reiatsu reinfoce equippment and hogyoku for the most

the bug numbers of skillscrolls come after lvl 20

making myself an example ive maxed out 9th and 10th skill with 8th at lvl 27 and all skills on top row lvl 20
the 3 first on the bottom row is still lvl 10 cause i focus more on reinforcing my gear atm

well i wanted hakuteiken for a long time (pvp for the most part)
but since my main damagedealer both pvp and pve is yamamoto i need shuraken XD
so yeah hakuteiken is relly good when it comes to the comborate of his skill (and the growthrate isnt way to bad either) just make shure to make him combo s.youro that means he would have to be the slowest assaulter in your team and i am guessing you have a higher growthrate on your main's skill then hakuteiken, so what dmg boos you dont give to s.your must be prioratised at your main for pve purpose (a little tip to make the extra growthrate worh it ;-) )

And yes, she surpasses all others with way too big a margin..and even if I could make Kisuke faster by shuffling stuff, it'd be a real bother since I only do ES.
I am now to face the decision of who to get, Haku or Shura? Coz I only ever do ES and I wouldn't use Shura in Ryoka anyways coz I'd use best gear on Sexy Yoruichi and Shura would just be the support.
In ES, however, Haku would serve a purpose, for combo, and also help in HMA if Sexy dies.

anyways whater under the bridge

well that excl lvl is a relly strong argument for tha speed indeed but if you stack the best speed gear otherwis on kisuke (best hogu, hogyoku highest lvl speed stones etc it could make up for 20-30k speed )
tho it is a huge hassle for events only so not recomended

and i know how it is to have a superfast assaulter in my team (outspeeding my fastest sup with allmost 70k)
