Solely thinking in ways to help your PvE, I would get Hikifune.

Because I wouldn't bother getting these for PvP anymore aside from Oetsu.

ichibe while being a master of black is still a sack of  shit
he is a blob of hp
#R.i.p. kosmo

This was pre-Inherit days, mind you. Kosmo legit bought fragments for his Ichibe. Me modding an Ichibe to his final defense mod wasn't going to happen without Accel Modify (which I missed for him). Then Kukaku got released with new Accel Modify potential, so guess how that went.

Kosmo used to have a god Ichibe

I'm a vang man, and Ichebe is an outstanding vang, hiki will do better in PVE, Oetsu and senju would ...

Dont be another a lamer with Hiki. Go Senju or Oetsu. Senju is better allrounder, while Oetsu is better vs stacked characters.

Ichibe is just meh, rather farm Noza or just recruit Nnoitra.
