With that high of BP, he should show in the sidebar like this, unless he is weaker than the top 20 or your ToT is bugged and left him out.

Probally,he is on my CSB and i never seen him at ToT,so i think he is at other ToT.

Its hard when Rookie blocks you  all the time  but his job is to do it
even if his not payed  from gg to  do it  ,  he is doing great job in that csb
I dont get why  he  buy yhwach and orange partners  not using them
not even playing  its  again user with "pocket money  "
