Character deleted?

Hello. It's been several months since I last played this game due to my computer dieing and having to wait to buy a new one. I just now log in and my character is gone? I have to start over? I remember being on either S14 or 15. My game name is MoodyJim. I also spent money on this game. I will be SO mad if my character has been deleted
