once I get my block rate up the fight dynamic will change a little, but with a TSI @ 140ish block, it is what it is...  just wait till it's around 170!!

he is fully modded, and all his mods except the 4th have been changed to either block +10% or block +11%, and some from evo...  soon to get more from evo too
good looking TSI, you should pump up that attack power, defense, and block rate...   XD   he's really a great vang for sure...  top tier without a doubt
