They've yet to implement the distribution of Zanpaktou from the special awards. Prolly cause they're abit too busy with all these new servers.

to get Zabimaru you need Achivements(there you can get Zabimaru book

) so

till they add Achivements Zabimaru isnt available

well, for f2p players. either zabimaru & kazeshini will be your best friends.
for those who have the ability to not be a f2p players, there's the gold zanpaktous. that's what i heard.
