i suggest following to all players :
for each hour servers down = 1 day without any top-ups
unless we start having descent compensations and also some official and reliable information

I have been in contact with the support a couple of times and always gotten help. Its a matter of not writing like you're 12 years old and got some serious mental issues. Easy peasy.

And yet you want them to open up a skype, for players to contact them, when you bitch about the support? Did you really think that one through?

We need compensation 500 inferno stones, 500 coupons, 500 vit, 50m silver for all (5 days) csb unavailable and the game entirely being down.
I would appreciate your cooperation and would like to top up more for that.
I think I speak for most people playing the game when I say that we need compensation and better service as that would allow more people to enjoy the game without any worries.

All EU servers between 1 and 200 are still down. As far as I can tell, servers 201 and up are just fine.

lol you probably have cache overload, try delete history and the reset setings. Im at 121 and it is working fine (exept some glitches)
