honestly I'd prob do something like this...

Zan: Jakka
Vanguard: Kukaku (not run on the norm, but there and built for when i need extra Def or Kido Def)
Assaulter: HIV, Muken (pulled out when I put in Kukaku), and main with 8th skill
Support: Isane Kotetsu/Bazz B, Hasch  (Bazz for raw damage output, Kotetsu for when I put in Kukaku to help that extra defense last more rounds  XD)

it's tough to make one team that beats all, flexibility should be considered IMO

not really...  she will only be for void, teamed with RJ, she should help my real damage dealers survive longer...  she isn't the main focus, she is a team player to boost the real party...   for a stacked main partner, she is shit, for a defensive boost, she is great

being he's now for 30k top up, I'd consider that more than worth it...  but that's just me, lol   and I'm close enough to Muken I don't know if I'd use HIV for anything but PVE....  and schoolin them hoes with some incurable shit I got from that night during Mardi Gras, lol

VG was never meant to stack for crazy damage, because its the VG nature. Its just the easiest to stack.

i don't believe that's a thing, the only blue VG i see though is Valkryie, which is ridiculous, like worse than Ichibe. He's up there with Bankai Kenpachi in terms of ridiculousness for sure. Those 3 are Top3 in my opinion right now, i havet been paying attention to anything but Nozarashi right now because he's currently the only one i can do as of late.
