i think when a vanguard atk with counter attack someone who have invencibility this atk dosent affect the partner with invencibiliti

I am not sure what you are getting at, but when invicibility is in effect only zanpakuto skills can hurt you, meaning neither block damage or death mods will hurt you.

block hurt ...

hiki's invurln lasts one round, thus once you attack (before block damage happens) the status wears off and block damage goes through as normal, however retsu has 2 round invurln, so after the attack, the status is still there negating the block damage

this is true, i can attest to this cause i have used both Shinigami Yuroichi and Retsu Unohana Kenpachi.. i was confused as to what damage type i was taking when i noticed it without paying attention to a battle simulation. Some damage hit me and i was like huh i have an invincibility shield on so how am i possbly taking damage. I figured out there are only two things that can break through an invincibility shield, one it was a zanpakuto attack or two it was a special skill from reincarnation. 3, as a possible other way, an enchant stone ability.
