I am currently saving up 11k vit for ubp, any thoughts on best character/zanpakuto to get? I don't know many, only brenji, oetsu, and true shikai ichigo

I have about 2100 vit right now and get about 100 a day, how much do u need and how long will it take me to get to 40k crystals?

U said Hiki, senju, and oetsu r prob the best for ubp, which should I get tho? Im more of a pve guy than pvp, but I still do arena

Hiki is probably the most..."supportive" of the bunch due to her dmg buff, defury, and invincibility.  That being said Senju or Oetsu can outperform her, as they are both just higher value imo.  Also, Katen really boosts Senju too...sadly I don't see any of those 3 popping up in ubp outside of a miracle any time soon.

Brenji is still godly in pve, but on his own in pvp he can only do so much...though I guess Muken will come to you one of these days

Ichibe is definitely better than tavern vangaurds, but for your first ubp partner a strong support or assaulter is probably better.  Or just pray gogreed throws TSI into ubp out of nowhere and hard stack him   making sure to pick up tensa zan along the way .

Urahara is easy to t1 thanks to his mod 5th mode especially with psychic enchant which means then you'll just need 25 fury on everyone else for full t1 until you get a pure t1 partner.  Also, I don't know if you've seen posts about people bashing on OG yama, but with the recent Void def buff his ignite has actually become pretty useful plus he's still solid in pvp...though I think you shouldn't focus too many resources on him.

I know u can't choose a partner or zan at UBP, one comes around and u either get it or not.

I'm not sure but from what you are saying it seems like you believe UBP repeats characters. It does not. We will never know for certain what the next partner from UBP will be so there really is not a way to answer your question. One thing that should be noted at least is, in my opinion, ichibe would make a terrible first event partner. I don't think he would help you progress in any area.
