How much does cyclone set costs, on which event should I buy it. Or is there any cheaper sets that are usable for getting aquaria set(shutara shop)?

Bargain Sale is one place you can probably find it there...

I know several places for 3k gold you can grab the 110 ultimate equipment set + a 110 ultimate accessory set...
