Today I`ve recruited him and guess what i dont have it in the partner lobby as it should be!!!What a rip off after spending some gold and beli it was for nothing.Good thing this happend today cuz i was thinking of starting over in the new server and toping up some good cash.Now i know its not worth for game full of glitches!

In Ultimate War we used to be able to use anyone, those that you see in justice/buggy's draw? They were in tavern except a few ( Magellan, Enel, who were top up events.) Now most were removed for tavern into a gold paywall.
Anyways just a tip if you continue playing. See those buffs in their icons in the upper right corner? That means they're not playable, but provide a buff to your team if you throw them into a cabinet on your ship. Luci would grant your team an attack upgrade. Considering their status in the series, seems like a waste right? Being reduced to a cheerleader? I wish they'd let you use them on the team, while letting extras provide buffs on the sideline if you currently aren't using them.
Basically we're stuck playing as strawhats (Half of them since the others need gold.) unless you're a whale wallet who can afford the warlords/whitebeard from topup.

Edit: Usopp provides a single round of aoe damage, tickle damage. But considering he's practically free, it'd be worth using till you somehow can afford the others.
In ultimate war gold soul tavern was 3,000 to 5,000 souls maybe more. You could only buy gold souls with you guessed it gold. Eventually they changed it so you can buy them with silver but the game nearly died by then since you needed around 60mil I believe just to afford a 3k gold user. Hopefully its cheaper this time around.

The sea battle toons should show up for the ship. Go to port and there is a tab for sea battle toons. I have 3 and only Usopp shows can't evolve the others.
