Cant upgrade my current rank! IGN:Tousen Sei US s26

Cant rank up from 11th div lieutenant to 11div Capt I have more than enough prestige points to rank up but the icon to rank up can't be clicked..

I really enjoyed playing this game so I need a speedy response from the GM's ingame

click the Arena , and get that chest Every day for Prestige point or Play Beauty Game and chose IZUMO She Can give you Prestige points.. or beat your opponents on the Arena for 200 prestige points if you lose you get 100...

Sir my prestige points is higher than the required prestige point to rank up but the button itself cant be clicked any suggestions on that?

im having same problem at same rank on server "us s27" and have PLENTY to rank but it will not let me either
