However, according to CN ver, these kind of cash events will appear 1~3 times per month.

Kazeshini was showing up as Tensa Zangetsu but its just the names being wrong. Also, awesome guide!

What you saw was Kazeshini. Its was a bug in naming on the translators part.

Because achievement is locked for US version (both US and EU server).
You need to claim your achievement reward in achievement interface.
