Alliance war dead server

So i play in a dead server US 191 and i have absolutely noone to do level 100+ alliance war as most people are always offline or afk
Anyone got ideas for a solution?

making an alt will go faster besides, even when you merge, who says you get someone to join, i'm currently in a server with atleast 4-5 guys online but none join so yeah

what nutella said you dont need them At ALL, if you get acc from CSB shop. so forget AW. if not then do whatever you feel best.
