Awakening (Evolution) is just a part of next update, it's a mixture of many functions. About Lv.120-130 tavern recruitments, the devs are trying to do that but sadly there are just few art people in that team so it takes time.
Last but not least, they're doing their best so don't worry.

About the accessory inherit, the devs told me that this function will lead to some changes on underlying code as the accessory system is already in use at the moment. It would be hard but still, they'll have a try.
