What level VIP allows you to reset Hueco Mundo twice per day?

I'm pretty close to lvl 7 and was wondering whether it's worth topping up to be able to do that.

Vip lvl 7 allows you to do HMA 2 times a day.

I might just wait for next joint task, or gold wheel.

Actually maybe even treasure map. My current Zan is Sogyo and Hyrionimaru may actually be better.
