You need to level him . blue clothes require a minimum of lvl 5

u first need to be lvl 50 and u can get them from soul hunting u get blue and red stars and these stars are required for materials for spirit forging

i'm all ready higher then level 50 but he still keeps saying that i must be level 50...

I'll give you an example of the process.

1. Go to the forge.
2. Make a piece of Shadowkill gear.
3. Go to Reinforce.
4. Change to the Spirit Forging tab.
5. Click on the piece of Shadowkill gear you made.

The components for each piece are 20 poison shadow stones and 5 shadowkill pieces for the initial item and then either 9 or 15 Spirit-Shadowkill Stones to Spirit Forge that initial piece. To get the Stones you need to do the Soul Hunt and go to Exchange on that screen to turn the stars in for the Spirit-Shadowkill Stones.
