Server 86 - Souls Not Saving

So I'm new....
But I realized after playing for 2 hours that all the souls I've gained from doing the bosses/instances, and even from my Salary aren't saving. I mean, my souls for the Zanpakuto just sit at a solid 0 no matter how many I get or what not.

Any idea how to fix this?

you dont get souls for zanpakoto when you do instance/bosses

Then how do you get those souls? They're called the same thing, one would think they'd be both used for the same, no?

The souls needed for soul map and zanpakuto cultivation is different.
*You can only get souls required for your soul map through defeating enemy for the first time in stages,instances and trials.
*You can get souls required for your zanpakuto cultivation in SOUL HUNT.
