depends on amount of crystals needed for this particular ubp, range of price is as far as I have seen between 30-40k. To get 40k crystals you need about 11k vit in total (little less actually, people say that 1vit=3,7 crystals on avarage), if you are vip4 at least and you have some stacked coupons prepared to spend during ubp then safe amount of vit to start ubp would be about 8k
I think it's VIP 4 or 6 can start at 4K and make it out with a partner buy buying vit. Usually if you have 7k at the start you should be able to get it in time
Thank you guys, I am Vip 6, once without adding vitality I was able to join more or less 12k of crystals, seeing the tip of you I believe that more or less 7k of vit can join the 36k of crystals.

The 8k is measured that you will gain vitality over the 10 day span and as such you should use all vitality you have instantly to start naturally regain vitality.
It is also based on how much vitality you buy per day and that you do all your girlfriend chances.
Personally I stay at around 10k at all times and use the rest of my vitality during Seireitei attack for the spirit stones.
