Should Purchased Event partners have an Expiry date in Modify

As the title suggest should our event partners that we purchase have an expiry time for modding your partner and 8months is the time they give you.  
wish i knew about this before i purchase or some info in plain sighting stating you have 8 months from the day you purchase to modfy your partner.  its hard enough to do dojo it take most people longer then 8 motnhs.

like to see what others thoughts are

I guess most people who voted no don't have one, wich give a wrong appreciation about the post, i voted for an ecrease of the expiry date, i wasn't awar of it also wich is a bummer, in 8 months at best you gonna mod them twice i think, the first gonna take 2 months so...

Even without it you still have a terrific partner

np for what u said it's sound and clear to me, too bad the final mod won't be posible in 8 months

I barely clear 11 stages and that gives me just 2 tokens to mod per day so gonna be a loooooonng shot

Maybe a notice and more information BEFORE you buy something is worth looking into, if not they might as well not show the possible mods.

Uhhh yeah. if you can't modify partners after the expiry date their income will drop by atleast 70% xD wont happen trust me

i voted no and i have isshin as my event partner. the thing is for people who are not strong enough farming and saving for them takes a lot of time. at the same time said people are also getting stronger and stronger to increase their chances at clearing all 15 stages of the modify option. I realise there are some really op players out there who dont have this issue but for those that do it'd be a bish especially if they've finally saved up enough for the first modify which they worked towards.

I think if they were going to put an expiration date on them then it should have been told ahead of time so now it sucks since mods already take forever for these event characters.
