How do they know which transactions we got gold and which was declined and we didn't? I had so many transactions being VIP 8, almost VIP 9, that I had several that was declined and paid no attention to, and had several that was a success.

You should add payment by paypal as this is much faster and more reliable than the ones currently being used. I have been awaiting almost 2 hours for my gold to come through.

why does it take a month? this is our hard earned money you have just stolen that we could use elsewhere.
Also why the hell have you not disabled it if its still just stealing everyone's money?
And what kind of risk system accepts payment and takes the money anyways?
I topped up a large amount and would like my money back or gold i already payed for.

my payment has been declined and I lost the money. As you said that our money will be back at the end of the month which is too late but ok. what about the Amopay Issue when its will be fixed !?

Note: If we are not going take our money until the end of month  and we wont even get the gold that's mean we will lose our chance to get the benefit from the event that going to end in 3-5 days so you should consider this too -_-

Funny, you take a customers money, give nothing in return, tell us we will get our money back next month, and then thank us for the support, while offering nothing to the customer besides a thanks for the loan.   I will not be a paying customer of your company any longer, not that it seems you care judging by the number of complaints on the payment system you are getting and the lack of response.
