AmoPay Issues

I mean to all the servers not all people read the forums untill something happens and you didnt answer the other questions i asked. may i have an answer to them please?

i hope you guys dont think were lying about this because thats Bs you guys have a log and you get it right away and if you take money without returning what was promised thats jail time for your company id advise you guys do what your promised and dont slack and use our money on stupid stuff, and you might think "oh we might lose 1-10 customer" because thats not how it works
They don't think you're lying. The admins know there are issues with AmoPay, again they are working with them to resolve the issues. GoGames does not have your money, AmoPay does is my understanding, though I'll check and confirm.

AmoPay has it, not GoGames. AmoPay will refund it if  it was declined and still taken out.

you guys need to fix things now and fast because things will catch up to you guys, so please i hope i explained my retort thorough enough for you guys to understand the situation your in right now, im not trying to piss you guys off but i mean what if we did that to you? all im saying on the behalf of everyone that it has happened to and will happen to, fix it, and fast, please.
Again, they are working with AmoPay to resolve this issue. What's being done or discussed is above my head, but if I hear anything trust me, I'll let people know. I'm only a moderator helping the staff out, nor do I speak for the admins.

As I've stated in another thread, the way the system works, you send your payment to AmoPay, or PaymentWall, they receive your money, once it's processed it's sent to GoGames, once GoGames has it, they credit you with your gold. That's straight from the support staff. AmoPay has not sent GoGames the money, due to AmoPay declining because of it's Risk Control System. Why they still took the money out is beyond me, and that's on AmoPay, again I'm only a community operator for the forums. When I find something out that's new information I'll let you guys know.

Please when you see mine just put the gold in-game i dont wanna have to put it in at the beginning of the month and have the same problem and plus you should compensate us for our problems please it would be much appreciated...

I totally understand, I know it's frustrating! AmoPay got me the same way :(

Just know it's being worked on, and they are indeed trying to solve this issue.

if companies are not nice and rectify issues they lose customers.

and to the Mod i dont believe you have any authority or in the loop enough to be saying anything. sure your just calming people and being nice but everything you say is probably heresay.

Also any problems with Amopay or Paymentwall are completly GoGames responsibility, we are customers of GoGames and they utilize those two, issues do not pass on to another, its not grade school and you can't point fingers when it involves money.

This is the problem of Americans Rude as fucking hell, people trying to help and explain and there's always Someone that get a bad idea and start putting names on people. I am not being a dick, you are being a dick by saying i am because: idea of saying "Hey i think you guys are lying" that's rude, i had the same problem and i just had to wait.
