well its not that hard i based most of the skill effects and talents etc of memory since i watche ...

Str - 5000 (Growth 6.5)
Agi - 7000 (Growth 8.5)
Wisd - 9000 (Growth 9.5)

Passive: Increase Wisdom 30%, HP 20% and Defense 25%.
Skill: Attack all enemies growth rate is 200% ,cast silence, stun and clear defense on all enemies plus heal all allies growth rate 50% plus recover own fury by 100.
Mods:
1. Self Modification 1: Immune to Silence, Stun, Freeze, Mutilate, Fury Restriction and Deducting Fury
2. Self Modification 2: Add 50% Kido attack
3. Reishi Manipulation Device: Add 40% Block to all allies and give 100% Laceration immunity to all allies
4. Hojiku-Zai: When HP is below 50%, heal own HP by 30% and when hit, heal all allies by 30%
5. Inventor's Pride: Add 40% Aid Rate(when joined in battle with Muken Aizen, increase speed of both by 15%)
6. Data Gathering Bacteria: Ignore enemy's invicibility.
7. Father's Pride: Add 50% Block and 20% Speed(When joined in battle with Shy Nemu, increase damage and attack of both by 20%)
