is the block allowed to break the 90% limit?
and for the fourth one don't you think it should be higher than 30% for the self heal or is it low because it heals allies when hit 30% too

Block can go over 90% with mods, bond and evo only.  Most healing mods add to 80% when you add the healed amount plus the "when under" part.  Gerard has heal 70% when under 10% and others have the heal 30% when under 50%.
