you can't see reiatsu in hma, they fight with the reiatsu bp by default hence its shown before starting battle.
you must be talking about csb.

weird, US or EU US here I am from EU, and I could clearly see his reiatsu when I fought him in HMA, it was the same as in arena for example.

not sure what his speed is but i don't really consider that top ten list right most of the time. i wish there was away to fight everyone in us servers.
