Perfect Couple will likely show off 2 newer characters. I am inclined to believe it will be Shinso Gin and Sexy Rangiku.
It is a good opportunity for gogames to make some money off us. The lazy route of throwing up Shini Urahara and Shini Yoruichi again when everyone who wants them will likely just wait until the next REIO won't do much for them.
UBP is either Muramasa or Isshin/Yammamoto. There is no other good options for them.
UBP hasn't had a rotation yet, so I doubt it would be ishiin, most likely it would be a diff partner
zangetsu was after Isshin, so there a chance of him being back but it slim. Im thinking sexy yuruichi or one the other bikini girls (I would accept Orihime i think as an ok option)

lol i am saving for after 2 UBP after 60 or so days maybe so i can save 18.6 k vitality without the event's 10 days
