The prices I listed is based on CN version's cash event.
What is cheaper? To get it during a festival or during cash event? ( Right now there is a possibility to get hyorinmaru or sogyo in event "lucky turntable" I suppose it is the name of the event (i suppose it is a cash event because it doesnt sound like new year event to me but I dont really know the difference).. According to my calculations, sogyo costs around 14400 gold, hyorimaru a bit more. (It is on EU server).
Also what would you people consider the best PVE zanpakuto? For events, instances. this kind of stuff?

It would take time and effort. You just have to join Events as much as possible especially Evil Spirit and Ryoka Attack this is where you get much silvers for the Reiatsu refining.

basing it off of another 30k crystals required, you can get 3/4/5 crystals. one person who did this before judged the amount of vit required based on 4 crystals per vit used.
30k / 4 = 7500 vit
30k / 3 = 10k vit
even then it requires at least each and every one of those runs to give you 4 crystals per go which is why i went for 10k as the base line. you also have to consider how many of those runs actually will return crystals and whether or not you'll get either 3/4/5 or just more build materials.
