There is a button release soul cultivate in zanpakuto UI.

guys can u help me pls. :Ihave 6lvl 6piece of agility and stamina but system didnt see and now event rewaards will fnish in 2 hour. what can ı do pls help.And also  thnx cosmenz but ı done all my zanpaktou relaese and now lvl 32 but cannt put soul it :)) it says reiatsu not enough. couse ı ask that.

If you already bankai your zanpakuto, you need lv40 reaitsu to continue cultivate it.
As for the bug, you need to seek help from PGM or GM in bug section.
