Tier 3 (star) of Kurotsuchi Mayuri doesn't work?
So it says it gives 20% extra block each time he loss 25% hp. Well my Mayuri has 80% block and no matter how much hp lose he never blocks. And most break i fight in my server is 90%.So techincally if he lose 75% life will gane 60% block + 80% base = 140% ... 140-90 = 50% and i never saw him block once.
I'm I in the wrong here? unsure there... I know my TSI has 160% block and he blocks right about what he should (60 to 75% of what is thrown at him) so maybe you just need to pump up your Mayuri some? Devvoke2 replied at 2018-6-16 04:38 static/image/common/back.gif
well i have ryumon ikkaku and he has a skill effect that states he gets 75% block rate after skill

ALL mods exceed the cap whether it's mentioned or not, OP is just unlucky, remember one of TSI's mod that has 50% chance to restore the HP and it can happens literally at each hit he takes or the mod refuses to proc in 10 hits or even 20.
