Well, if they insist on keeping Tsukishima's fury decrease without any counter it's not like they will change their mind) I was also suggested a strategy how to play with FBI though it's kinda expensive but still feasible)

tested FBI ex skill again, they still didn't fix it - recover fury for all allies except himself

Everyday online and he is always the first on ulti charge xD .
But yeah he doesnt do pvp much , trying not to break the game .

It is against BWM not Tsukishima.
