Lv. 100 Cyclone set, only because you can upgrade it to Aquaria.
Lv. 90 is utterly useless. Cyclone is also useless if not upgraded to Aquaria.

:o oh the lvl100 then is called skyreaver there no cyclone set? or is it lvl90 that is called reaver

i do remmber long time ago that there was a lvl100 outside cyclone too and a gear event too
