Lv. 100 Cyclone set, only because you can upgrade it to Aquaria.
Lv. 90 is utterly useless. Cyclone is also useless if not upgraded to Aquaria.

oh the lvl100 then is called skyreaver there no cyclone set? or is it lvl90 that is called reaver

i do remmber long time ago that there was a lvl100 outside cyclone too and a gear event too
