topped up didnt get gold

Same for me topped up about 12h ago and still no gold trough offgamers (no problems topping up trough safecharge etc). Snow from EU server 660 mine also was 12 hours ago...they sent me email that they invastigate it.. I got the same problem with gold recharge yesterday
