top up problem

hey

i bought 1$ try smthn , and i didn't find paypal or visa or mastercard payment methods in offgamers (i don't know why ?) so i select paymentwall and did the payment
but no gold

pls fix it ASAP i need to top up any amount today to reacive event gift !!!

the support checked your record, it only shows offgamers transaction, dont see any from paymentwell.
one on 18th and 2 on 19th.

I have the same problem I used $1 to top up and it took it but I never got the gold.

go with offgamer next time if you do $1 top up. Paymentwell probably wont do it.
