remember urahara has 30% talent speed , its not easy to counter urahara , first you must have a higher speed than him ,if you cant afford that then this aizen bulshit is useless , they indeed can immune silence , buts it not like you can easily modif them lol

i would say.... Tav Aizen debuff way better than CSB Aizen... i am not sure about SWP Aizen tho...
bcoz Tav Aizen hav Greater Chance... unlike CSB Aizen... low chance... n lvl gap base...
no doubt those CSB n SWP Aizen hav faster speed than Tav Aizen...

the devs and GGS even stated in an email to me when he first came out
he is one of the worse characters to have...
only reason he is considered a beast is beacause he is one of the cheapest fast characters
but he is rated by the devs as one of the worse

but GGS told me UBP comes once ever 2 to 3 months
and every event character will be incorporated into it --- but for us players it will be like a lottery -- the chances of shinso gin, or demon ichigo or mugetsu
is for UBP are super rare -- like the lottery is rare to win
