Shinigami uruhara, their SP's will be forced to aa your vg and they'll die due to Block.
You'll also silence them 24/7 since shini uruhara will be faster than them.
If your VG can't tank for shit, then go for yoruichi/aizen and hope they stun your opponent.. however there's a chance they don't get stunned and get their skill off eventually.
