yup, if kubo brings her back the whole point with kenpachi will be ruined
what I think's gonna happen is when they do find Yachiru, a Sternritter kills her
this causes Kenny to go Bankai and everyone dies

I agree. You don't make Zaraki go through this without expecting him to kill you when you're drawing him kubo.
