anything in her santen kesshun can be restored. just takes more time depending on the injury etc, when grimjow blew up that arrancar in half orihime revived him aswell. aizen said it himself "her powers are greater then gods"

yamaji's body was obliterated by yhwach's arrows, do you think he can be restored? Even hollows killed by quincy arrows are out for good.
