Best Soul Skills to Max Out First?

you typed in your 2nd skill wrong its 30% not 40% I'm personally maxing 10 out first and then 9
10 for pvp purposes

9th skill can stack with kazeshini`s ability

I've almost maxed out 10, but I don't know which to focus on afterwards...I don't do much pve because of my time zone so is mainly for pvp/espada. maybe because they either get stunned or fury deducted before they even get to do that :D
